This is the official mobile app for LIFW.

We understand that the fitness experience isn’t a one-size-fits-all proposition. All people are different and require their on personal approach. This is why all clients that are in the facility are working on their own specific program either 1/1 or small group setting. As a LIFW GYM member you’ll be joining a great group of people that are supportive and free of ego. Our trainers are required to have a advanced education in exercise science and anatomy. We encourage all clients to ask any questions or to demonstrate a progression.

Our 4,200 square foot training facility located in Commack on Jericho Turnpike, allows us to train a broad range of clients. We are equipped with functional training tools and effective non impact cardio equipment that have safety and effectually provide results to our clients. We are constantly adding tools that give our clients the best opportunity to succeed.
